The Pahrump Regional Planning Commission recommended approval of ZCMP25‑7, a request to change approximately 14.77 acres from general commercial to Specific Plan to bring the parcels into the Mountain Falls South development agreement and accommodate a 62‑lot single‑family model home area and a 2‑acre home‑finding center.
