Parmer County Commissioners approved an interlocal agreement with the City of Friona/EMS to implement an HB3000 grant of $500,000 awarded to the county. The agreement will be renewed yearly and was approved by majority vote.

Parmer County Commissioners on July 14 approved an interlocal agreement with the City of Friona and Friona EMS to implement an HB3000 grant of $500,000 awarded to the county. Commissioner Kirk Frye moved to approve the agreement and Commissioner Charles Wilkins seconded; the motion passed by a majority vote.
