Selectboard approves several contracts, licenses and authorizations including Homeward Bound and elevator inspection

The board authorized the chair to sign a $500 Homeward Bound contract for 7/1/26–6/30/27, approved a three-year elevator inspection agreement at the state-set fee of $150, authorized hiring outside counsel for tax sales, and approved a tobacco license and town hall rental; most motions passed unanimously.
