Lyons City Council adopted Resolution 622-2025 at its Dec. 23, 2025 meeting, declaring specified city items to be surplus property. Councilor Diane Hyde moved for adoption and Councilor Amy Thrasher seconded; Mayor Mike Wagner and Councilors Eric Gjonnes and Hyde voted in favor; Councilor Jessica Ritchie was absent.
