Lyons Council Approves Resolution 621-2025 Authorizing North Santiam Paving Change Order
The Lyons City Council on Nov. 6, 2025 unanimously approved Resolution 621-2025 to authorize a change order and payment to North Santiam Paving. Councilors noted roughly $900,000 remaining and asked staff to prioritize completing the block including city hall and to address park drainage if funds allow.

The Lyons City Council unanimously approved Resolution 621-2025 at a Nov. 6, 2025 special meeting, authorizing a change order and payment to North Santiam Paving related to ongoing paving work. The motion was made by Councilor Diane Hyde and seconded by Councilor Amy Thrasher; the vote recorded Councilors Eric Gjonnes, Jessica Ritchie, Mike Wagner, Amy Thrasher and Diane Hyde in favor and none opposed.
