Staff informed the Planning Commission that copies of the Virginia State Code pertaining to Group Homes and Assisted Living were provided to commissioners in anticipation of an expected application to establish a group home. "Staff provided Commissioners with copies of the VA State Code pertaining to Group Homes and Assisted Living," the report stated, and staff said they wanted the commission prepared for the process and regulations surrounding the use.
