PBPC has laid out a draft timeline for the updated Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP). Committee members reported that PBPC will draft a community survey and Chapter 3 in July–August and expects Chapter 4 in September, followed by additional chapters in October. Members emphasized the update will be a 10‑year plan (previous plans were 7–10 years) and that the current OSRP expires December 31, leaving a short window to finalize and adopt the new plan.
