The proposed change to Zoning Ordinance No. 1118, presented at the Sept. 16, 2024 hearing, would add definitions and regulation for permitted use zones for "redemption games," described in the transcript as "otherwise known as games of skill." The amendment text presented also includes a new Section 701.04 to permit the use of accessory structures on adjoining lots and provides for a repealer, a severability clause and an effective date.
