Don Gardner of Clearwater County Emergency Management presented the county’s All‑Hazard Mitigation Plan update for 2025, which revises prior plans from 2005, 2011 and 2017 and identifies hazards, mitigation strategies and maps for Clearwater County and its communities. Gardner emphasized that having the plan in place supports future grant applications and helps reduce disaster risk.
