Selectmen accept two resignations; outgoing Selectman Ed Walsh recognized

The Town Administrator read two resignation notices at the Nov. 3 meeting. The board accepted Rollin Waterhouse's resignation from his position and from the Capital Improvement Committee. The Town Administrator also read Cheryl Drisko's letter of resignation as Town Administrative Assistant, effective Nov. 17, 2021; Selectman Ed Walsh moved to accept the resignation "with great regret," and the motion carried unanimously.
Board members thanked Drisko and expressed that she will be missed. Selectman David Winchell Jr. recognized that the meeting was Selectman Ed Walsh's last; Walsh thanked staff and residents and said the "Board will see him on the other side in the audience." The board noted there are four candidates seeking the open Selectmen seat and reminded residents of signature deadlines.
