Administrator Jones informed the commission that Griffith Development LLC accepted a bid for the CDBG Brown Hotel Development Project and selected a contractor. The commission approved Resolution 25-18 related to the bonds and then approved awarding the construction contract to Mitchell Markowitz Construction in an amount not to exceed $1,042,850.
