Administrator Jones presented an ordinance to authorize the issuance of the City's General Obligation Bonds, Series A, 2025, in the aggregate principal amount of $793,000 to finance acquiring and constructing improvements to the city's water system. The ordinance describes levy and collection of an annual tax to pay principal and interest on the bonds.
