Planning Commission adopts Chapter 120 language on vested rights
The commission approved proposed language for Chapter 120 (vested rights) by unanimous vote; the change will be folded into the bylaw draft sent to the Selectboard.

At the May 7 meeting the commission reviewed and approved proposed language for Chapter 120 regarding vested rights. Luke McCarthy moved to approve the language; David Schmidt seconded and the motion passed with all members present voting in favor.
