The Village of Beecher Board of Trustees approved Ordinance #1417 on Feb. 10, authorizing execution of an intergovernmental agreement with the Illinois Office of the Comptroller to participate in the Comptroller's Local Debt Recovery Program. Trustee Tieri moved approval and Trustee Stacey seconded; the motion passed by a 6-0 vote.
