On Aug. 5, 2025 the Board of Planning and Zoning approved a parcel-identification (PID) transfer requested by applicant Rodney Hebrink. Mark Egge moved to approve the transfer "as stated on application," Brandon Geyen seconded, and the minutes record the motion carried 8–0.
