Staff acknowledged a software labeling issue that misidentified Commissioner Kevin Jackson's district in some screens. Commissioner District 2 made the motion to approve the minutes with the stated corrections and a second was recorded; the chair then called the vote and said, "All those in favor, raise your right hand." The motion passed. The chair reminded the public that the cases heard that night will be considered by the Board of Commissioners on Oct. 8 in the same room at 06:00.
No further public testimony was taken on the minutes themselves.
