Dustin Hormann of Premier Lakes told the Board that crews "identified minimal red algae in the lakes, which will be treated tomorrow," and that recently treated dry-retention areas and corrected aeration issues left two units requiring electrical work next week. He said a back-ordered "Zombie box" will be installed at the Masters in three weeks.
Eric Long said he had emailed Charlie Krebs about inspecting littorals behind 20859 Glen Eagles Lakes Drive; Krebs will obtain cost estimates to replant cord grass and arrowhead. The Board recorded maintenance progress and scheduled remaining electrical and planting work as near-term items for the operations team.
No vote or budget authorization was taken at this update; staff will return with cost estimates for the littoral plantings when available.
