The board approved a request to rezone approximately 2 acres at 1369 Carl Bethlehem Road from agricultural to R-1 low-density single-family residential. Applicants Jonathan and Stacy Hawkins told commissioners the existing home and one-acre parcel will comply with R-1 standards.
