The Franklin County Board of Commissioners accepted dedications of rights-of-way and easements and authorized the chair to endorse the Final Plat for Missouri Place during its July 22 meeting. Planning and Building Director Nathan Boyd told the board the applicant submitted a small subdivision plat that divides roughly 17.00 acres into two lots located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 15 South, Range 19 East.
