Cedar City Hospital reports growth; Intermountain funds $4 million Canyon View Clinic for Parowan
Cedar City Hospital leaders reported service-line growth and community benefits exceeding $90 million and announced Intermountain Health will fully fund a new $4 million Canyon View Clinic in Parowan, replacing the trailer clinic and adding on-site X-ray with a targeted late-summer 2027 completion.

Cedar City Hospital President Jamison Robinett told the Parowan City Council that the hospital has seen growth across emergency, surgical and maternity services and provided more than $9 million in outright charity care last year; when broader community-benefit programs and uncollected debt are included, the hospital’s total community benefit exceeds $90 million.
