Planning commission flags unauthorized curb cut at 50 Sheep Farm Road
The commission recorded that new occupants at 50 Sheep Farm Road are still using an unauthorized curb cut; the commission asked Chair Jeff Olson to follow up with Zoning Administrator Lynn Coale about whether a certificate of occupancy had been issued before subdivision curb-cut rules were met.

At its Sept. 9 meeting the Weybridge Planning Commission noted that Joel Wollum and his family, who recently moved into 50 Sheep Farm Road, are still using an unauthorized curb cut. The commission recorded that Jeff Olson will follow up with Weybridge Zoning Administrator Lynn Coale to determine whether a certificate of occupancy was issued before Mr. Wollum complied with subdivision regulations governing curb cuts.
