Chair introduced proposed Local Law 1-2026 to add provisions governing solar energy systems to the Hamlin town code (chapter 520, article 6, subsection 250-36). The chair said legal notice had been published and that a public hearing was held in July 2026 at Town Hall; "at which hearing, no interested persons were heard concerning the subject matter thereof," the chair said.
