MPO releases Amendment 2 to 2050 long-range plan for 30-day public comment
Staff told the board that Amendment 2 adds the Waldrop Interchange — reprioritized over the Pine Street interchange — to the fiscally constrained 2050 plan and asked the board to release the amendment for at least a 30-day public comment period; the board voted to release it for comment.

The Abbot Metropolitan Planning Organization’s staff recommended releasing Amendment 2 of the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan for public comment, saying the amendment adds the previously reprioritized Waldrop Interchange into the fiscally constrained long-range plan.
