On July 9, 2026 the Ray County Commission approved a set of Planning & Zoning ordinances and plats listed on the meeting docket. Ordinance references recorded in the minutes include: PZ 26-27 (Hamelin Heights - Lot 1 = R-1A), PZ 26-28 (R & M Acres - Lot 1 = R-1A), PZ 26-29, PZ 26-30 (T & D Acres - Lot 1 = R-1), PZ 26-31 (Maxwell & Sons Farm - Lot 1 = R-1A), and PZ 26-32 (Veverka Sunset Hills - Lot 1 = R-1). The minutes also list plats approved: Creed Casa (1 lot), Little Bird Meadows (1 lot), Johnson Farm (vacate plat), Mc6 Cattle Co (3 lots), Pickering Farm (2 lots), Doyle Farms (1 lot), JD Ridge (1 lot), and Bush Acres (2 lots).
