Commission approves five-year Axon TASER contract for sheriff's office
The commission voted to waive purchasing policy and approve a five-year contract with Axon Enterprise for TASER 7 devices and services at $33,770.64 per year (total $168,853.20), with delivery estimated Feb. 1, 2026; staff said contracting now avoids a 5% price increase.

The Harvey County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Dec. 23 a five-year contract with Axon Enterprise, Inc. to supply TASER 7 devices, training bundles and related services to the sheriff's office at $33,770.64 per contract year, for a total of $168,853.20.
