Staff told the council there were no changes to SUP26-0003 and its accompanying ordinance from materials the council previously reviewed. A councilmember moved to approve the special use permit (SUP26-0003) and the ordinance; the motion was seconded and the mayor called the vote. The ayes carried and the permit was approved on second reading.
