During the consent-agenda portion of the meeting the Chair asked if any items should be pulled. A commissioner moved to approve both items on the consent agenda; the Chair identified the motion as coming from Commissioner John Lanier and said Commissioner Brad Morgan seconded the motion. The Chair called for a voice vote and the commission approved the consent agenda ('Aye').
