City staff asked council to approve a resolution giving the citys written support for the Regional Transportation Council (RTC) representative in the Parker-Wise County cluster. Staff explained the RTC plays an advisory role on transportation initiatives across the two counties and said the Parker County judge has historically held the chair seat. Staff recommended supporting Wise County Judge Clark as the primary representative and the Parker County judge as alternate and asked council to authorize staff to submit written support when the RTC appoints seats.
