The Board adopted Resolution 2023-77 to allocate $416,000 in ARPA funds to purchase and implement a Tyler Technologies HRIS/Payroll system covering initial implementation and annual maintenance through 2026. Finance Director Bobbi Johnson told supervisors the current system is decades old and that the replacement will be installed in phases over about one year.
Supervisor Beitlich asked about timeline; Johnson said implementation will take about one year and proceed in phases. The resolution passed on a voice vote. The Administrative Coordinator and departments had earlier posted an RFP and selected Tyler Technologies as recommended by Finance, IT and Human Resources.
