County Administrator Richard Heath explained the TEDCOR 2026 Agreement to the Administration Committee on Jan. 15, 2026. Following the explanation, a motion by Theresa Willems, seconded by Char Meier, to approve the TEDCOR 2026 Agreement was voted on and carried. The committee directed the item be placed on the regular agenda for the county board.
