At its March 19 meeting the authority voted unanimously to raise the County Loan limit from $7,500 to $10,000 to better cover septic system repairs; the change was moved by Mary Lou Bergman and seconded by Lee Sandok Baker.

The Douglas County Rural Housing Authority voted on March 19, 2025, in Superior to increase its County Loan limit for home repairs from $7,500 to $10,000. Mary Lou Bergman moved the change and Lee Sandok Baker seconded; all members present voted in favor.
