The Ionia County Board accepted a bid from Trees LLC for tree cutting and removal after a recommendation from the Road Department at its Feb. 11 meeting.

The board reviewed and accepted a bid from Trees LLC to cut and remove trees, following a presentation and recommendation from Road Department Director Linda Pigue. The motion to accept the bid was moved by Commissioner Terence Frewen and supported by Commissioner Gordon Kelley; the motion carried by voice vote.
