The commission approved final plat application 003-2026 for 13498 Alexander Road to allow construction of a warehouse in an industrial zone, staff reported. Staff described an existing small office building on the parcel that will remain and said the developer will donate right-of-way for a collector road serving the adjacent Alexander Village development, install a hammerhead turnabout for fire access, and provide masonry screening and landscaping along the frontage.
