Council adopts updated Public Works fee schedule after 20 years
Ordinance #3, 2026 repeals previous Public Works fee schedules (last updated in 2006) and establishes a new schedule intended to better reflect the Town's costs; Council adopted the ordinance 5-0.

Town Manager Laura Roberts advised the Public Works Department fee schedule had not been updated since 2006 and recommended revising fees so they adequately reflect Town costs. After a public hearing with no comment, Councilmember Laura Taylor moved to adopt Ordinance #3, 2026 repealing previous fee schedules and establishing a new schedule; the motion carried by roll call 5-0.
