Yvonne Smith-Jones requested that the Board reallocate space for the Registrar’s Office to handle an unusually high number of overlapping elections this year. She cited early voting beginning Feb. 27, an April 14 election and overlapping early voting on April 21 and March 16, and said the unique schedule requires more workspace, parking safety measures, and improved voting security.
