The Charles City County Board of Supervisors voted March 24 to adopt a resolution authorizing acquisition of right-of-way, easement and use agreements needed for the Mt. Zion/Rustic collection system project. Chairman Byron Adkins, Sr. moved the resolution and the Board recorded three ayes.
