Council Member Rod Mund moved approval with an amendment to add a reference to code 24.80.120 regarding water conveyance in new developments; Jake Bodily seconded and the motion carried by roll call.
Council members emphasized the need for accurate water data collection to support planning and development decisions. The addition of code 24.80.120 was made to ensure future development documentation references local conveyance requirements; staff will return with more detailed monitoring metrics and records as requested by the council.
