Insurance presentation outlines coverage limits, premiums for 2026 policy term

Dave McCredie of McCredie Insurance Agency reviewed the Authority’s insurance coverages and limits for the term Jan. 20, 2026–Jan. 20, 2027. The presentation documented property values (for example, terminal value listed at $2,695,400 and various hangar valuations), liability coverages including a $5,000,000 premises liability limit and $5,000,000 products/hangarkeepers coverage, and pollution liability with limits of $1,000,000 per incident and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. Premiums and year-to-year changes were noted in the report.
