Commission adopts Malone rezoning (Resolution 26-06-05) with unanimous recorded support
The Board adopted Resolution 26-06-05 rezoning Tax Map 073, Parcel 063.01 (Martin & Elizabeth Malone). The motion by Commissioner Jerome Fitzgerald, seconded by Commissioner Lewis Wexler, passed with all recorded members voting in favor.

The Washington County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 26-06-05, approving a rezoning for Tax Map 073, Parcel 063.01, a parcel listed as presently owned by Martin & Elizabeth Malone. Commissioner Jerome Fitzgerald moved to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Lewis Wexler seconded; the minutes record the roll-call vote in favor with no recorded opposition.
