The Board of Logan County Commissioners approved Permanent Road Crossing Permit RCP #26-007 for ONE Gas, Inc. (Oklahoma Natural Gas Company) to install and parallel a 6-inch gas line across and along W Simmons Road and S Coltrane Road. The permit describes the location as 1.5 miles west of the intersection of I-35 and Highway 77 and 28 feet south of the northwest corner of 31-15N-2W. Commissioner Mark Sharpton moved for approval; Commissioner Monty Piearcy seconded the motion, and the vote was unanimous.
