The Comanche County Excise Board convened Jan. 20, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 303 of the Comanche County Courthouse in Lawton. J.P. Richard called the meeting to order and Deputy County Clerk Karie Shotts-Harris called the roll; Commissioners J.P. Richard, Dustin Glover and Brent Easton were present.
Vice-Chairman Dustin Glover moved to approve the minutes of January 5, 2026 “as presented.” Brent Easton seconded the motion; Glover, Easton and Chairman J.P. Richard voted aye and the motion passed 3-0. The board opened the floor for public comment and recorded that there were none. With no further business, Chairman Richard moved to adjourn; Glover seconded and the board adjourned by unanimous vote.
