During public comment at the May 7 hearing, neighboring property owner Mike Tolvstad testified in favor of reinstating the revoked tourist rooming house permits to allow continued business use of cabins and to avoid deterioration from non-use. Chair Hansen had sworn Tolvstad before his remarks.
