TAD and Diversion programs report graduations, terminations and recidivism rates
The TAD/Diversion program reported 219 total Diversion/DPA cases to date, 25 current cases, 131 graduations (68%) and 63 non-compliance terminations (32%); in-program recidivism for Diversion/DPA was reported at 32% (63 cases).

The council reviewed program-level outcome figures for the Diversion/DPA and ATR periods. For Diversion/DPA (2015–present) the minutes list 219 total cases to date with 25 active cases at present; during the recent reporting period there was 1 graduation, 2 non-compliance terminations, 7 new admissions and 15 referrals.
