DA Lindsay: time from arrest to referral decreasing as TAD coordinator changes take effect

District Attorney Benjamin Lindsay told the council that the time from arrest to referral into the TAD program is decreasing and that he hopes to see that trend continue. "Time from arrest to referral is decreasing and hoping to see this continue," DA Lindsay said during the TAD report.
