During routine business the Board approved the Jan. 13, 2026 minutes and approved County, Engineer and Drainage claims as presented. The minutes and claims motions were recorded as carried 3–0. The meeting record includes an itemized claims list showing major line items such as EBS ($152,024.33) and a CCADC allocation ($12,025.00).
