The Clermont Transportation Connection will acquire TripMaster scheduling and routing software through a Software Maintenance Agreement Rider and Master Services Agreement with Foxster Opco, LLC, doing business as CTS Software. The Board authorized the agreement at a cost not to exceed $73,275, contingent upon the release of the required purchase order.
