The Village of Mattawan council on July 13, 2026 approved final documents for Concord Farms Phase 4, including Step 3, Schedule B and amendments to the master deed. Attorney Graham and Engineer Woodhams presented the documents during the meeting; the motion was made by Member McLean and seconded by Member Daniel and carried unanimously.
