Clinton County board appoints two members to Planning Commission, reappoints Byars to full term
The board appointed Rebecca Brinkley Batterbee to a term expiring May 1, 2028, appointed Brian Byars to a remainder term expiring May 1, 2026, then reappointed Byars to a full three-year term expiring May 1, 2029; one nomination (Stephanie Schaefer) received no support.

The Clinton County Board of Commissioners filled two Planning Commission seats and reappointed one incumbent at its March 12 meeting. Commissioner Nicole Fickes moved, and Commissioner Robert Showers seconded, to appoint Rebecca Brinkley Batterbee to the Planning Commission to serve the remainder of a three-year term expiring May 1, 2028; the motion carried. The minutes note Batterbee resides in Bingham Township.
