So, moved." Because the evaluations occurred in executive session, the minutes do not describe evaluative findings or any formal personnel actions.
The meeting returned to open session after the evaluations and proceeded to routine business, including approval of pay orders and tax-payment refunds. The record shows the board adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
