The Winhall Select Board convened a special meeting Oct. 28, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. and moved into executive session to conduct supervisor evaluations. Julie Isaacs moved to enter executive session and Stacy Eddy-Gordon seconded; the minutes record the session times and later state, "No decisions were made."
