Highway supervisor alerts public to crane moves, reports RWE construction and paving work
Highway Supervisor John Pluimer warned residents about road closures for crane moves by White Construction, said RWE began construction on 400 N for a power plant, and reported paving work started on 100 N.

John Pluimer, Blackford County Highway Supervisor, briefed the Council that White Construction will intermittently close roads to move a crane and asked the public to show courtesy and exercise caution for public safety. Pluimer reported RWE had begun construction on 400 N for a power plant project and that paving on 100 N started the previous Thursday.
